Returns & Refunds Policy

Shop with confidence. We offer a generous 90-day return window because we want you to be completely happy with your yarn and supplies.


90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At VILRITA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind about a purchase, our return policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition: Yarn skeins must not be wound into balls, knitted, or tangled.
  • Original Packaging: Items must have their original labels/bands intact (essential for dye lot verification).

Please note: Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse in Lithuania, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong color/product, please contact us immediately at info@vilrita.com. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the yarn you want before it sells out, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Important for International Returns (Non-EU):

If returning items from outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Canada), please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration form. This prevents customs duties being charged upon re-entry to Lithuania.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning an item valued over $75 / €70, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
